Eureka, the perfect Burger!

I wish I could take credit for this, but no.
I read on a blog somewhere-and if it's you please forgive me for forgetting the name!-that the best seasoning/mix for your homemade burger is simply...wait for it...Salt and pepper!

The sceptic in me said that couldn't be so, but craving red meat as I am at the moment, I decided to give it a go.

Hey presto! The flavour was unbelievable as all I could taste was really good quality steak meat-yes that is another key ingredient! No spices, no herbs, nothing just juicy meaty flavours.

So for the easiest recipe you will ever come across:


500 gs of good quality steak mince

Salt and white pepper


Mix altogether and shape into patties

Enjoy! I sure did! :)
